Important Information

• You are not registered for the Moonlight Stroll until we have either received your printed registration form with your entry fee, or you have entered all your details correctly online or by phone and have paid and had your payment processed via credit or debit card.
• NO DOGS ALLOWED
  unfortunately the Stroll goes through a number of 'Dog-free' areas and as such we cannot allow dogs at all. please respect the event and the people kind enough to allow us onto their sites by leaving Lassie at home.
• No children under the age of 12 allowed. 12 to 16 year-olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Places are limited and entries are strictly processed in the order we receive them.
• One form must be filled in for each person. Entries work on an individual basis but if you want to walk with friends the best way to make sure you all secure a place is to send your entries in together. Please bear in mind that if an entry is incorrectly completed it will be returned and that place is not reserved.
• For written applications, the entrant's name MUST be written on the back of the cheque. If you are unable to walk you must inform us as soon as possible and YOU MUST RETURN YOUR SPONSOR FORM EVEN IF IT HAS NO SPONSORSHIP ENTRIES. You must not 'give' your place to another person (however it is possible for the place to be allocated to your contact via the fundraising office).
• The registration fee covers all expenses involved in administering your place and is not refundable.
• The Moonlight Stroll is not a race. No walkers are allowed to run or jog and no walker must pass the nominated walk leaders.
• You are not permitted to use any of the sponsorship money you raise in relation to your entry in the Moonlight Stroll to pay for expenses. You must pass all of the sponsorship given to you directly to Sobell House Hospice Charity.
